Here and Gone

He did not love her,
He did not care.
He did not see her,
Standing there.

She was alone,
She was the moon.
She did not know,
Her dreams fell so soon.

And just like that,
It was gone from their grasp.
A flickering glimpse,
Of love's everlast.

Your poetry has quite a solemn feel these days. I like it! "Love's everlast" is a very cool phrase. Awesome way to end it. I'm looking forward to what you'll write inspired by Dead Poets Society.
