Forget about me

How long will it be,
'Til you forget about me?
Yeah, forget about me.

Yesterday's news,
Passes too soon.

I came here,
And fell away,
Another leaf falls to the ground.

My passion strong,
And sometimes wrong,
But that don't matter now.

Like a whisper in the wind,
A rain that can't get in.
You won't hear or feel me anymore.

See my face in photographs,
Try to guess who I am.
It's no matter to me.

I'm as gone as gone can be.
You'll forget about me.
